Our vision is to create products that pair innovative technology with a deeper societal purpose in a sustainable way.

Building our team, we want to create the next generation of professionals that become experts in their fields while taking on responsibility in society.

Our main product is Zeedz, the first play-for-purpose game, where players reduce global carbon emissions by collecting plant-inspired creatures: Zeedles. They grow with the real-world weather and live on Flow, an eco-friendly blockchain that is already home to millions of mainstream users. With Zeedz, we’re aiming to combine gaming and climate action to make a meaningful impact on society.

Our goal is to develop our talents to form the next generation of web3- and sustainability-experts that set new standards in terms of excellence and professionalism. But exceptional performance is only possible by continuously growing ones capabilities and skills.
Upon joining Zeedz, you’ll be able to set aside at least 4h weekly for your professional development, and we have a monthly reimbursement for any educational program of your choice. Beyond that, we encourage our employees to contribute to the ecosystem by creating their own resources for others to learn. Last but not least, we frequently hold lightning talks in our team to learn from each other and grow together.
Zeedz is based in the world’s probably most vibrant capital that’s already a centre of innovation, creativity and tech: Berlin. While we’re a remote-friendly organization with the possibility to work completely remote, we strongly encourage our employees to experience Berlin’s charm on location. For those living abroad, we provide help in getting set up in the city - from finding a place to stay, to starting your first day in the office. Once you’re here, we’ll make sure you stay in touch with the local community in your area of expertise.

We offer a good salary that you’d expect from a role in the given area and that is comparable to similar offerings.
Any full-time employee will be applicable to participate in Zeedz success by obtaining shares of the company that are being given out in addition to the base salary.
